Colossus group specializes in development, design and production of oil refinery equipment, petrochemical and chemical equipment, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, power stations, paper-making, water treatment, aerospace and navigation equipment.

Subgroups/Joint ventures

1. Dandong Jingda mechanical seal factory, with five production lines including shaft sleeve, gland, spring holder, faces and metal bellow. Produce Colossus traditional product of various types of mechanical seals including Welded Metal Bellow Mechanical Seal, Spring Mechanical Seal, Mixer Seal, Magnetic (Oil) Seal, and Elastomeric Bellow Seal. Products are widely applied in industries of Petroleum, Chemical, Mining, Metallurgy, Power, Pharmaceutical, Paper Pulp, and Sewage Treatment.
   There are about 500 sets processing equipments including CNC, CNC lathe, General lathe, machine, lapping machine and Micro-Beam Plasma Arc Welding Machine .The production capacity is 300,000 sets mechanical seal.
   To meet the different customers’ needs, Colossus products are manufactured according to related international standards of API682, ISO3069, ATEX, EN12756, DIN28138, ANSI B73, T4127, GB6556, Suit in temperature up to 450 ℃, pressure up to 15 MPa and the size up to 600 mm.
   With the strong engineering team, massive production facilities, sophisticated management, seal factory operating on a highly effective mass customized production model to serve the clients with various type of needs. 2. Dandong Pioneer Pump Company is the largest magnetic drive pump manufacturer in china. Company’s main products are magnetic drive pump, petrochemical process pumps, seal support systems, which are widely applied in domestic and overseas industries of petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power, pharmaceutical, paper pulp, sewage treatment and other industries of high/low temperature, corrosive, flammable, poisonous medium. Colossus pumps are manufactured according to API, ATEX, DIN, ANSI and other international standards.
   Sophisticated manufacturing equipments, advanced quality testing instruments, strong technical force ensure 100% up-to- standard ex-factory quality. At present the company’s annual production capacity is 3000 sets magnetic drive pump, 1500 sets petrochemical process pump and 1,500 sets seal system.
   With acceleration of globalization, our company has always introduced in, digested and absorbed the world-class advanced scientific and technological achievements actively. Our magnetic drive pump is listed in “National Torch Plan” and we were responsible for drafting and revising the national standards of magnetic drive pump in 1998 and 2006. Colossus Pioneer Pump has produced Chinese largest power magnetic pump. The operating limits of magnetic pump we had produced have reached 350 ℃ in temperature,, 600m3 / h flow rate, 300m head and 220kw power. For the petrochemical process pump, the operating limits reaches up to 450 ℃, 2500m3 / h flow rate, 450m head and 450KW power.

3. Rongtai Energy saving technology Service Company is the youngest subsidiary of Colossus Group. The group is leaded by the expert in the screw expander industry , we have many years of experience in R&D and manufacture .The main product is KLD series screw expander for both liquid and vapor .It is widely used in energy saving , consumption reduction ,carbon emission reduction, reduce cost to improve beneficial result and Purify environment.
4. Dandong Colossus Precision Casting factory, occupy 26,000 m2 land area and 10,000 m2 workshop, is one of the leading casting manufacturer in China.
   The casting factory has formed three production lines of casting by the mediate frequency fast smelting furnace, a spectral analyzer and other near hundred equipment, which including medium temperature silica sol, cryogenic silica sol and cryogenic wax solution glass craft, and the line of sand-founding handcraft mold. Our main products are all kinds of pump parts (impeller, casing and so on), seal parts (sleeve, gland and so on), valve casing, tee fitting, pipe fitting and so on. The product size range is 20mm~ 700mm, and the weight range is 0.2kg~200kgs.
   The Casting Factory arises from our prime product pump and seal business expansion. Relying on powerful production and manufacturing capacity, we support high quality casting to the internal and international customers, our product have already serviced in the broad application in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power, pharmaceutical, paper pulp, sewage treatment and other industries.
   We have the professional technology teams and management teams, and comply with the requirement of ISO9001, ISO14001, and GB/T28001 quality control systems, and adopt the rigorous scientific ladder of management to ensure our products quality.
   
5. Colossus coupling factory, founded in 2001, is one of the leading discs coupling manufacturer in China. Its main products is flexible disc coupling, which are widely used in the freezer, pump, compressors equipments in abroad application of petrochemical, military, power, metallurgy and paper making industries etc.
   Our flexible couplings are produced according to API671, ATEX and other international mainstream standards which can meet transmission connections of varieties of power equipments. The transmission efficiency is above 99% which can solve the problem of short lifetime of bearing caused by rotor shake and machine set shut down caused by half-bearing overheating.
   Our coupling factory has the largest production lines of vertical machining and numerical controlled linear cutting machine in China coupling industry, which ensures annual production capability of 40000 sets and ensure machining accuracy and product stability.
   Colossus coupling take the worldwide advanced technique and take strict quality control from material selection to surface treatment to ensure workmanship of coupling and the performance.
